Refund policy

Customized products will only be exchanged if there is a mistake on our end or manufacturing defect on the product. It will only be exchanged for the same item on approval. Any questions feel free to email us as well.

Stock products can be exchanged or returned if in new and unused condition within 30 days of receipt. Keep in mind buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. Unless it was a mistake on our end (such as"wrong size")

If condition of the product is not in new or unused condition refund or exchange may be subject to rejection. 

All returns may be subject to a restock fee of 15%. To start return email any info and pictures to returns@provokla.com

Please allow 48 hours for us to look over request for approval.
